Common Questions
How do virtual consultations work?
Our consultations are conducted via video calls or phone, depending on your preference. After booking an appointment, you'll receive a link to join the session. During the consultation, our experts will assess your needs, discuss your goals, and provide actionable advice or a custom plan.
Do I need any special equipment or apps to use your services?
No special equipment is required. You’ll only need a device with internet access (e.g., a smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a reliable video conferencing app such as Zoom or Google Meet. We'll provide any specific instructions before your session.
Are your consultations personalized to my specific needs?
Yes, absolutely! We take a holistic approach to health and wellness. Before your consultation, you'll fill out a brief questionnaire about your health history, goals, and lifestyle. This allows us to provide tailored recommendations and strategies that suit your unique situation.
Men’s Wellness + TRT
Can I know the doctors’ credentials?
TRT is a medical treatment designed to help men with low testosterone levels. It involves supplementing testosterone through methods such as injections, patches, gels, or pellets. TRT can improve energy, mood, muscle mass, libido, and overall well-being.
How do I know if I have low testosterone?
Common symptoms of low testosterone include fatigue, reduced sex drive, difficulty building muscle, increased body fat, mood swings, and low energy. If you’re experiencing these symptoms, a simple blood test can confirm whether your testosterone levels are below the normal range.
Is TRT safe?
When prescribed and monitored by qualified healthcare professionals, TRT is generally safe for most men. However, it’s essential to have regular check-ups and blood work to monitor hormone levels and ensure no adverse side effects, such as increased red blood cell count or changes in cholesterol levels.
