Context
The present situation.
The human genome has varied less than 1% over the last 10,000 years. Men over the vast proportion of this time exerted tremendous energy daily, hunting, building, gathering, defending, traveling. Presently, for a very short moment in history, most of the population has deviated from this norm into a sedentary lifestyle.
Combine that with poor dietary choices and there is only one possible outcome: declining health and wellness, reduced capacity to perform, and ultimately chronic illness.
Studies show that even Men in their 20s have lower Testosterone than Men in their 40s did in the 1950s. This is an epidemic of major proportions.
Studies show low Testosterone is associated with increased comorbidities and increased risk for all-cause mortality. Combined with environmental factors, endocrine disruptors, biocide residues, and you have a poor prognosis for male health and performance.
Factor 1 · Exercise
Clients are assessed for general health status and activity levels, with exercise plans developed individually. As body fat drops and muscle mass builds, basal metabolic rate rises, lowering body-fat percentage long-term and improving biochemistry across the board.
Refining body composition is the priority. Healthier biomarkers follow naturally, improved insulin sensitivity, better lipid panels, stronger hormone profiles.
Factor 2 · Nutrition
We start with an inventory of what you are eating, conduct food sensitivity tests where appropriate, and steer you toward organic and naturally produced foods, grass-fed and finished red meat, avoidance of farmed salmon, reduced biocide residues. The goal isn't restrictive dieting but a fundamental understanding of what foods serve your body and why.
The program seeks high nutrient density, generally lower caloric levels, and a reduction in inflammation, the key driver behind atherosclerosis and most chronic disease.
Factor 3 · Hormones
Testosterone is the master male hormone. We perform a baseline audit of your hormone profile, then choose from interventions: precursor peptides that encourage natural production, hCG, hGH, and exogenous Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) when appropriate.
The treatment course depends on the age and general health of the client. Many Men in their 30s can return Testosterone to normal with diet and exercise alone. As Men age, more direct intervention typically becomes appropriate.
If you are 50 years old, would you not want to feel like you are 30? That is the magic of optimised Testosterone, physiological anti-aging via the administration of exogenous Testosterone. We are literally turning the clock back in time.
For nearly all clients over the age of 35, the addition of Human Growth Hormone (hGH) has a tremendous effect on body composition and overall well-being. hGH is truly the master modulator of the aging process.
